When we decided to design and build our next home we approached John at Strataplex Bunbury. We chose to go with John at Strataplex Design because after our initial contact we felt our ideas and his design practice fitted well together. John led us through the design process , the daunting council requirements and approvals , Our forever changing decisions , retaining wall requirements, engineer approvals, hurdles in fitting the air-conditioning unit into a two story home , he continually liaised with local suppliers and returning with pleasing results. John had good up to date product knowledge and a positive energy in understanding our ideas and needs. The time spent discussing details and making selections with John in the early stages proved to be very beneficial and the building process is being managed without the dramas many people seem to encounter.
